Joe Pappacoda has been an attorney concentrating in fraud cases of all kinds since 1990 and has been a trial attorney since that time. Mr. Pappacoda is licensed in all the State and Federal Courts in Florida, the State and Federal Courts in Colorado, and in the District Of Columbia.
Prior to entering in private practice in 1997, Joe Pappacoda was a senior financial accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick, a Special Agent-Financial with the Florida Department Of Law Enforcement, a Special Assistant State Attorney, Economic Crimes Division, with the Broward County Florida State Attorney’s Office, and an Assistant Statewide Prosecutor with the Florida Office Of Statewide Prosecution with concentration and expertise in frauds of all types.
Joe Pappacoda has appeared in numerous high-profile cases over the years that are viewable on the Internet, including victim’s rights cases.
Joe Pappacoda is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University Law School and Bryant University where he obtained a Bachelor Of Science Degree in financial accounting. Joe Pappacoda is a Vietnam War Era Veteran and proudly served in the United States Army-82nd Airborne Division prior to attending college.
